Stamp Returns/Refunds

We manufacture a custom product which cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer simply doesn't like the product or has accidentally ordered the wrong size. 

If for any reason we make an error on your order or the product does not function according to it's specifications, we will replace it free of charge. (please read proofs below)

Ink Pad Returns/Refunds

Ink pads are final sale. Because they are a consumable product, they cannot be resold once opened or used. Currently, we also do not take back unopened ink pads. For these reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any ink pads.

Before placing your order, please double-check the size of the ink pad you’re choosing. Our ink pads are not matched to the exact size of each stamp. Many high-quality ink pads simply aren’t manufactured in large sizes, so some pads will be smaller than your stamp. This is completely normal and still works out super well! Instead of pressing the stamp into the pad, you simply press the pad across the surface of the stamp to achieve full coverage. This is the same method we use for our own larger stamps.

Please also note that ink pad colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen due to lighting and device variations, though we do our best to match each color accurately.

Shipping

We currently ship to the USA and Canada.  Shipping inside of the USA is $7.95 and shipping to Canada is a flat rate $16.34

We ship out all orders within 1-2  business days Monday through Friday from our print studio in the United States.

Proofs

IMPORTANT! What you see is what you get! What shows up in black will be the raised part of the stamp. If you have questions, need a proof or need FREE tech help please email us: hi@stampsandsons.com.

We cannot be held responsible for any mistake a customer makes when entering an order and we will not replace these orders at no charge. It the the responsibility of the customer to request a proof and check the proof for any errors, misspellings, sizing requirements, and that the raised part of the stamp is correct. 

Warranty

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We are proud to warrant our products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

We cannot honor warranty claims for any defects or damage caused by re-inking our stamps with the incorrect ink or with ink purchased from another company or if using our stamps on chemically treated paper.

Order Changes/Cancellations

To meet our fast turnaround times, orders are entered into production almost immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if you realize you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order, we cannot do so unless we receive notice within 12 hours of your order being placed. You will be charged the full amount of the order for any order cancelled after this time.
